Shipping

PRE-ORDERS

Local - Pre-Orders is required to place a deposit. A balance amount will be noticed for payments arrangements when items are ready to be shipped. If you place your Pre-Order order along with additional In Stock items, we will hold all the items and ship them together once your Pre-Order is available to ship. If you do not want in stock items to be held until your Pre-Order is available, please place separate orders.

PayPal - Pre-Orders require payment up front, in full. If you place your Pre-Order order along with additional In Stock items, we will hold all the items and ship them together once your Pre-Order is available to ship. We will not be responsible for any delays caused by the manufacturers. However, we will inform you via email as soon as we get any news regarding delays.

All shipments within Thailand will be shipped with Thailand Post EMS service.

Hypebrix cannot be held responsible for any duties or taxes imposed on your package once it leaves Thailand. Please be aware of this, and safegaurd against any uncalculated fees by contacting your local delivery providers for their regulations and tax procedures.

 

Hypebrix is NOT responsible for ANY Customs Duties or Brokerage Fees and Taxes.

Returns

Sales on hypebrix.com are FINAL.

We do not sell any Fake, Grade A, or any Counterfeit products. We thoroughly check and make sure that every item is 100% Authentic before listing them in our online store. Please do note that some items listed might be "Customized" items by artists, therefore it will be considered as a customized piece.

 

Many of the products we sell are collectibles, some are secondhand items, made in limited runs, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is significant damage. You may find slight variations or blemishes with your product, this is because many of the items are hand-assembled and/or hand-painted. Slight imperfections are typical and, in fact, often enhance the value. All scratches, discolorations and other flaws are regarded as flaws inherited during the manufacturing process & would not be returned or exchanged. Secondhand items are stated and sold as secondhand conditions, where Hypebrix reserves the final rights to determined the condition of the merchandise listed. 

 

However if your merchandise has significant manufacturing defect (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts), we'll happily exchange it for the same non-damaged item; if the item is no longer in stock it may be exchanged for another item of equal value. There is an exception to our return policy, merchandise will have to come back in its original packaging undamaged. Merchandise denoted as a "Blind Bags" may not be returned. 

You must contact Hypebrix within SEVEN (7) DAYS of the receipt of shipment in order to qualify for an exchange. Returns made without contacting Hypebrix in writing will not be honored. Please direct all return inquiries to hypebrix@gmail.com. Within 48 hours, we will evaluate your return request and contact you.

 

Hypebrix will only accept defective returns for items that are received in their original packaging with all the accessories, plastic packaging, and anything else that came with the item included. If your return does not meet these conditions, we reserve the full right to not accept your return request or have your defective merchandise returned to you. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.

Hypebrix only accepts returns for damaged items purchased at hypebrix.com. Buyers are responsible for ALL return charges, including freight and insurance, and MUST return the merchandise with equivalent shipping services only.

Hypebrix reserves the final rights in case of dispute.
